About the building

Nisa Shopping Centre is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Liberec and North Bohemia. The shopping centre is located on the southern outskirts of the city, close to the D10 motorway from Prague and Mladá Boleslav.

With a total area of 49,000 m², Nisa provides services and sales of goods in more than 150 stores spread over three floors, as well as 1,800 parking spaces and a free shuttle service to/from the centre of Liberec.  

The shopping centre offers a wide range of shops including exclusive brands, an Albert hypermarket and a CineStar multiplex cinema.

Anchor tenants include H&M, Marks & Spencer, New Yorker, Reserved, Sinsay, CineStar, KFC, Costa, CCC, Intersport, Datart, Martes Sport, Bambule and Humanic, among others.

In 2022, the building received BREEAM In-Use V2015 – Excellent certification.
