Kolbenova Park residential project named Real Estate Project of the Year

The Kolbenova park residential project was awarded the Real Estate Project of the Year 2022 in the category of the Public Award in the Prague 9 region. This was the 12th year of the largest competition for residential projects in the Czech Republic.

Milena Zavadilová and Jan Musil received the Public Award in the Prague 9 region at the award ceremony of the prestigious Real Estate Project of the Year competition attended by guests from developers, architects and investors.

Kolbenova park is a new residential area with its own park right by the Vysočanská metro station, designed by the architectural firm ABM architekti s.r.o. Thank you and congratulations to all those involved in the project.

The moving statue depicting the head of Franz Kafka, located near Prague's Národní Avenue, will undergo a complete revitalization in the coming weeks. At the end of September, the work of art by David Černý will be completely dismantled in a few days and all forty-two rotating stainless steel floors will receive the necessary repairs. This will take several months and will also include the installation of a more modern rotating system used, among other things, in wind farms.
