About the building
The building has retained its industrial character and flexible interior layout even after a radical renovation. At the same time, however, it meets the high standards of environmental certification. It offers unconventionally designed offices on three loft floors and one standard floor, which are imbued with the latest technologies and go against the modern trends of the working environment.
The entire Nová Zbrojovka area, where ZET.Office is located, is gradually transforming into a new and modern urban district. The office building with a cafeteria and a café on the ground floor is connected to a large park with many sports facilities and the industrial hall 76, which hosts various events ranging from fashion shows to food festivals. In the coming years, the complex will also be complemented by buildings for residential housing and a square with a cultural and social centre. You certainly can’t complain about boredom here.
