Olympia Teplice

Olympia Teplice is a well-located regional shopping centre in the Czech Republic, comprising more than 80 retail units with a total lettable area of over 29,000 sqm.

The shopping centre plays an important role within the region and offers a broad mix of shops and services across more than 80 retail units, together with nearly 1,200 outdoor parking spaces.

Between 2019 and 2020, the shopping centre underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, further strengthening its position in the region. One of its distinctive features is Cirkus Park, a unique 3,000 sqm children’s entertainment park.

The shopping centre’s anchor tenants include Albert, Decathlon, Reserved, C&A, Mohito, CCC, Humanic, Pepco, Takko, Deichmann, DATART, dm, Sportisimo, New Yorker and Cirkus Park.

In 2026, a retail park with a lettable area of 8,400 sqm opened within the retail zone. Its tenant mix complements the existing shopping centre offer, making the Olympia Teplice retail zone one of the most attractive shopping destinations in the region.

With the opening of the retail park, we were the first to introduce the HalfPrice brand to the region. The retail zone was further strengthened by brands such as Action, TEDi, PENNY Market, Rossmann and JYSK.
